 Maple Fields

The Maple Fields project is a 196-unit clustered townhouse conservation subdivision development near the intersection of Schutt Road and Genung Street (Section-Block-Lot 72-1-7.22, 9.2, 12, 13, 24) in the Town of Wallkill, Orange County, New York.  The project applicant, Baker Residential Limited Partnership, is seeking, site plan, subdivision, and special permit use approval from the Town of Wallkill Planning Board.  A Public Hearing was held in the Town of Wallkill Town Hall, 99 Tower Drive, Building A, Middletown, NY on November 16, 2011 at 7:30 p.m. to review the Draft Environmental Impact Statement (DEIS), site plan, subdivision, and special permit use applications.
