The Mountainside Woods project is a proposed 162 single-family residential community subdivision on 153.07 acres (Section-Block-Lot 87.004-3-14 and 87.001-5 1.2 and 2) in the Town of Lloyd, Ulster County, New York.  A Public Hearing was held in the Town of Lloyd Town Hall, 12 Church Street, Highland, NY on December 14, 2011 at 7:00 p.m. to review the Draft Environmental Impact Statement (DEIS).
