Engineering Properties

Engineering Properties, P.C. (EP) is a small, private, consulting civil engineering firm licensed to do business in the States of New York and Pennsylvania.  EP provides professional civil engineering services for Builders, Business Owners, Developers, Home Owners, Institutions, Land Owners, and Municipalities.  We also provide sub-contract work for Architects and Planners. 

Our business office is located in the historic district of the Village of Montgomery, on Clinton Street above The National Hotel Bar and Grill.  The Village of Montgomery is situated centrally in northern Orange County, New York.  The office is conveniently located near interstates I-84, I-86 and I-87, and Stewart International Airport is only 20 minutes away.  

The office is open from 8 am to 5 pm Monday through Friday.  However our staff is willing and able to provide field inspections and attend meetings before and after regular business hours.  The majority of EP’s current active projects are located within Orange County, New York.  In addition, a few projects are located in Dutchess, Sullivan, and Ulster Counties in New York, as well as Pike County, Pennsylvania.
